I am writing to report a discrepancy with my recent order #182****QLB781EF30, which I received on 11th of October 2023. Unfortunately, I have encountered an issue where two items are missing from the package, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

The missing items from my order are as follows:

Battery insert part

Product Name 2. projector

Find attachment

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I have my all proof he deducted money extra and provide false reason for deductions.

So I mail again and again. Then give Full Refund.

I ordered many items but one shirt too big then I exchange again send same size then I Return no need anymore. Everytime he refund and deduct tranfer to source account.

But when I ordered cycle for my kid he cancel my order without my permission and Again deduct 403.67 Rs and said it's previous amount not paid buy you it's system problem but when I check in my cash refund option it's totally shown It's already deducted so why he said like this.

Next time I don't ordered anything and I also share this issue with my friends also. don't buy anything from Firstcry it's doing fraud with customers.
