We have purchased 2 in 1 tricycle for our babies. After the assembly we have noticed the handle bar is too close the first rider and not enough room for legs.
Next day we have raised a request for replacement and the company has cancelled our request. Customer care number gives us limited options to choose with automated voice and the issue is very hard to resolv.

Dear FirstCry Customer Support,
I am writing to report an issue regarding my recent order (Order No: 595****QGT3DE33A7) for Pine Kids Velcro Closure Solid Coloured School Shoes White (Size EU 36).
I had placed a return request on 23rd July 2025 due to a size issue (Return ID: 12132****). However, the item has not yet been picked up, and now the return request status is showing as "Cancelled" in the application.
I did not cancel the return request myself.
Additionally, the return window has now expired on 27th July 2025, which is very unfair since the delay was not from my side.
Kindly look into this matter urgently and arrange for the pickup and refund of the product. Please confirm the next steps at the earliest.

I self-returned Arias cotton jumpsuit as per the customer care firstcry.com. Bella Mama wine-colour cotton nightgown was picked up as I had ordered for return.
'Bella Mama 100% Cotton.' Refund of the amount of the same is not done yet.
Customer care is not helping. They are not understanding the problem at all.

I have registered my India number in Firstcry.com; however, I am calling the customer care from my Australia number as I am staying in Australia. They are trying to send an OTP to my registered number while being on the call.
The OTP doesn't come while being on the call. It seems my number has been blocked.

Change the colour of the product from pink to grey. Make sure the product is grey in colour.

This is to inform you that from last two times I am facing the problem of rejection of Return even after approval of Return with no pick up . No one comes to pick the product and after two three days the account shows that the return has been rejected and on several reminders of Return request no one comes to pick the product and after that it shows that the return window has expired this is quite disappointing and my money is blocked leading to bad experience with your company in shopping this will lead to customer loss and bad faith in your company .So , kindly try to resolve it otherwise you are going to lose valuable customer of yours who is regular one and even has held club membership in the past.
