I had a very disappointing experience with FirstCry. On 6th September 2025, the delivery partner wrongly picked up my personal Aretto shoes worth 3000 along with the return order, without OTP verification or product checks.
Despite multiple emails, I was first promised a resolution in 35 days, then 710 days, and now it has been 12 days with no update at all. To make matters worse, the team suggested I should do a self-pickup from their warehouse, even though the mistake was entirely theirs.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable from a reputed brand like FirstCry. Very poor service and no customer care support.
The customer support is very bad and poor. No one assists you; only digital support is available. I don't recommend it to anyone in the future.
